SHINES
SHINES aims to create favourable market conditions for tidal and river energy in NWE by replicating and scaling up 3 innovative Solutions demonstrated in FR and NL (3 Pilot Actions). The project will develop a Strategy to unlock the potential of tidal and river energy across 16 high-potential areas. An Action Plan will be rolled out in the +10 most promising site where Communities of Practice will be set up to engage 100 organizations in the adoption of these energy systems across the region.
