“Wind Assisted Ship Propulsion” stakeholders in coastal, remoted, shrinking NWE regions hardly cooperate, lack critical innovation- and upscaling capacity leading to the uptake of WASP. W4S unleashes regional innovation potentials by building 3 resilient “interregional connected WASP ecosystems”, where governmental partners, designers, builders, shipowners, scientists, trainers collaborate, develop, test, optimize, production and operation of world wide competitive wind technologies on ships.
